About the Program

The Haile Future Educator Fellows program is a scholarship opportunity for high-performing graduates of the Young Scholars Academy who want to become teachers. The program aims to address the regional teacher shortage by providing financial support and hands-on experience to aspiring educators. Fellows receive tuition assistance, summer employment opportunities, and post-graduation financial support. In return, scholars will mentor and tutor students in their home districts and commit to teaching for at least two years in a high-need local school, helping to build a strong pipeline of talented educators for Northern Kentucky.
